Intern at CCAM
The Commonwealth Center for Advanced Manufacturing (CCAM) is seeking multiple undergraduate and graduate student interns to perform and participate in the research programs of their world-class applied research facility. CCAM, located in Prince George County, Virginia, is positioned to be a leader in the accelerated development of production ready solutions in the fields of adaptive automation, surface engineering, additive manufacturing, and machining technologies. CCAM’s industrial and academic members focus on developing innovative and valuable technologies that improve efficiencies, products, and profits.
CCAM is now accepting applications for the Spring & Summer 2019.
Interns may focus in one or more of the following research disciplines: Programming, Manufacturing, Instrumentation & Controls, and Materials. More information about these areas and details about the program may be found in the position description. The fall and spring terms are 14-15 weeks long and interns must be available to work 25 – 40 hours per week. The summer term is 15 – 16 weeks long and interns must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week). When you submit your resume, please make sure you indicate which term you are interested in.
